经过10年的洗礼和蜕变，2017年12月16日，我们以Tyms之名，开启了一段新的旅程。
After 10 years of baptism and metamorphosis, Tyms Residence started off in December last year.

Tyms揭牌仪式在上海市徐汇区辛耕路81弄11-12号举行。
这一年以来Tyms进行的品牌升级，我们也在尽力将服务最“简”化，以最便利方式重新定义“服务”。除了一如既往地为租户们提供便捷、高效的品质生活，硬件和软件的升级焕新，同时我们也一直在推进体验的迭代更新。
Tyms is the upgrade residence brand from Group Tian Xin which is going to continue delivering the refined residence services with convenience and tech-efficiencies.
早餐厅整体升级，令人惊喜的变化不止味蕾，还有视觉。为所有租客带来焕然一新的用餐体验，在用餐之余更成为Tyms新的社交圣地。
The overall upgrade of the lounge is not only for taste bud, but also for visual sense. It brings a refreshing dining experience for all tenants and becomes a new social paradise for Tyms.

This summer, That’s Shanghai held a hospitality award ceremony in Guangzhou. Tyms was also fortunate to be part of it, and won the Award for Excellent Residence Service among many awesome colleagues.
